The prevalence and impact of depression among college students have become an important issue requiring innovative interventions. To address this challenge, this paper proposes an interactive teaching model for tourism management degrees as a strategy to alleviate depression among students. This interactive teaching model provides an active, engaging and meaningful learning experience. This model aims to help students reduce symptoms of depression through the design and implementation of the Tourism Management degree programmer.

The non-randomized controlled study involved students enrolled in Tourism Management courses, selected based on the criteria of demonstrated depressive symptoms. Depression levels were measured using the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM). The acquired data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 statistical package.

Students exposed to the interactive teaching mode showed a significant decrease in SASRQ and 3D-CAM scores, and there was a significant difference in score changes compared to students who received the traditional teaching mode (P<0.05). It is worth noting that the interactive teaching group has a higher level of classroom participation and subjective well-being.

The use of interactive teaching models in Tourism Management courses demonstrates promising effectiveness in alleviating student depression. This innovative approach could be vital for mental health promotion in universities, potentially transforming educational pedagogy.

Schizophrenia is a concern among young people, including college students. This paper puts forward the positive impacts of computer network security education from a psychological perspective. By understanding young people’s cognitive, psychological factors and learning preferences, we can provide them with more effective and targeted network security education to help them establish good network security habits.

Participants were university students identified with schizophrenia symptoms. Utilizing the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM), symptoms were evaluated before and after the introduction of computer network security education. Results were analyzed using the SPSS23.0 software package.

Post-intervention, a notable decrease in SASRQ and 3D-CAM scores was observed, implying decreased schizophrenia symptoms. In addition, improved cognitive function and group participation were documented among students engaged with computer network security education. These observations suggest that through this intervention and computer network security education, we can effectively improve symptoms in students with schizophrenia and enhance students’ cognitive abilities and group engagement.

The integration of computer network security education into the university curriculum posed substantive positive effects on students with schizophrenia. This highlights the potential of such targeted curricular interventions in contributing to mental health wellness among university students.

With the development of modern education, the psychological stress of young teachers in colleges and universities has been highly emphasized.

The research will start from three aspects: performance management system, human resource planning, and teacher career management in the human resource management system of universities. In response to the psychological pressure of teachers, five universities will be selected to analyze and study the current situation of human resource management in universities through a combination of survey questionnaires and interviews. The existing problems and reasons will be analyzed. Based on the analysis results, effective optimization plans will be proposed for the human resource management system in universities.

The results indicate that the main reasons for the psychological pressure of university teachers are the adherence to regulations in the human resource management system, the lack of quantitative accumulation of human resource data, and the neglect of teacher career management. Based on the analysis results, the study designed optimization plans from the aspects of human resource strategic planning system, salary and welfare management system, and teacher career management system. At the same time, the study also established relevant implementation guarantee measures based on the optimization plan to ensure the feasibility of the optimization plan for the human resource management system.

The study analyzes the relationship between human resource management system and teachers’ psychological pressure in colleges and universities, puts forward the optimization plan of the management system from three levels, and ensures the effective implementation of the optimization plan through the actual work, which is of certain practical reference significance.

Language is an important tool for human thinking and communication, and language disorder is one of the core symptoms of autism. This paper aims to examine the effects of English full immersion use in an English classroom learning environment on facilitating language acquisition performance and language disorders in autistic students. In addition, the paper also seeks to analyze the potential impact of immersive learning on their language ability and communication skills.

60 autistic students from a school in Chengdu were randomly selected, and 30 were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group used English classroom immersive learning, while the control group adopted the traditional bilingual teaching mode. The whole experiment lasted for 32 weeks, and the spontaneous language frequency and semantic accuracy of autistic students were recorded in both groups.

According to the pre-post recording, the spontaneous language frequency and semantic accuracy rate of the students in the experimental group were significantly different from the comparison before the experiment (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the results in the control group (P>0.05).

The spontaneous language frequency and semantic accuracy of autistic students with English classroom immersive learning improved significantly one week after the beginning of the experiment, and were significantly higher than that of traditional bilingual teaching in the first week. Explain that immersive learning in English class has a potential positive impact on language barriers in autistic students. The findings of this study promise to improve educational and therapeutic approaches to promote language development of students with autism.

Emotional understanding deficit is one of the core symptoms in people with autism. In intervention studies of emotional understanding in people with autism, the visual communication design of emotional interactions can enable autistic people to better experience and understand the emotions of others and enhance their emotional comprehension ability.

Three autistic children in a school in Shanghai were selected, and all three children were insensitive to identifying the emotions of others. The study used the single subject method in the variable passive design, with the visual communication design as the independent variable and the facial expression recognition ability as the dependent variable. In addition, round teaching for the subject intervention was used in this study.

After 28 weeks of visual communication design based on emotional interaction, the three autistic children had different degrees of recognition of happiness, fear, anger, and sadness. The happy expressions in the image were learned by the three children first, followed by anger, and finally, two negative emotions: sadness and fear. This shows that visual design can improve the recognition ability of facial expressions by autism.

The visual communication design based on emotional interaction promotes the emotional comprehension ability of autism, making it easier for autistic children to understand and learn. This design also gives timely feedback to help autistic children understand and adjust their emotions. It can even migrate to psychological theory, social skills and other fields to improve the comprehensive development of autistic children.

Patients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are often treated with the western medicine of atomoxetine hydrochloride. Although this drug can treat the symptoms of patients with ADHD, it is easy to produce drug resistance and adverse reactions in the long run. A safer and more effective treatment is needed. As a new psychotherapy method, visual communication has been gradually applied in the field of medical education. This study explores visual communication based on atomoxetine hydrochloride combined illustration design in patients with ADHD.

102 ADHD patients admitted to a hospital in Beijing from July to December 2022 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 51 patients in each group. The control group was treated with atomoxetine hydrochloride, and the experimental group was designed for visual communication treatment with atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with illustration. Treatment effects were analyzed using the SNAP scale.

The SNAP score decreased after treatment and before treatment, and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0,01).

Using atomoxetine hydrochloride combined with illustration design visual communication to treat patients with ADHD can not only improve their attention and concentration, but also relieve their symptoms, help them to understand and remember information more easily, and improve the treatment effect.

Anxiety Disorder (AD) is a disorder characterised by excessive fear anxiety and related disturbing behaviour. Virtual reality (VR) technology has been applied in many fields because of its multi-sensory, visualisation and immersive interactivity. Therefore, the study proposes to combine VR technology with Civic Education and help students to better improve their anxiety disorders by designing Civic Games under VR experience.

Students suffering from anxiety disorders were taken as research objects and randomly divided into an experimental group (VR teaching experience group) and a control group (conventional Civics teaching group). Both groups of patients were guided by classroom education to control students’ psychological conditions and emotions. In the experimental group, VR teaching is assisted by VR games or VR scene experience. The experimental intervention time was six weeks, and the experimental data were statistically analysed with the help of the Self-Assessment Scale of Anxiety (SAS) and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA). The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.

After the experimental intervention, it was found that there was a significant statistical difference in SAS scores between the two groups of students (P<0.05), and the relief of anxiety disorder symptoms in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.

The use of VR technology has broad development prospects. It can effectively help students alleviate their anxiety state, and its combination with ideological and political education also enables students to have a clearer understanding of their emotional changes.

Learning burnout refers to the behavioural states of boredom, frustration and depression that occur when students are not interested in learning behaviours but are unable to avoid them. It is influenced by learning attitudes, motivation and methods, and personality traits. Differences in language learning habits and the difficulty of learning Japanese vocabulary make students show more negative emotions when learning Japanese online and offline. Therefore, the study proposes a new way of teaching based on the perspective of industry-teaching integration to help improve the situation of learning burnout.

This study takes Japanese language students with burnout as the research object. The subjects were divided into a teaching improvement group (regular classroom + industry-teaching integration mode) and a teaching routine group (regular teaching mode). The improvement group is a combination of Japanese language learning and social field practice projects. Data were collected on students’ burnout and emotions in the two teaching modes with the help of the Scale for the Evaluation of Mental Health (SCL-90) and the Learning Burnout Scale for University Students (LBUS).

After the experimental intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in the burnout scale scores of the two groups of students (P<0.05), and the improved teaching model (regular classroom + industry-teaching integration mode) effectively alleviated the students’ burnout in Japanese language learning.

The teaching mode under the perspective of industry-teaching integration can effectively combine classroom teaching with professional practice, improve students’ learning burnout, and realize the regulation of their mental health.

Sitting Disease refers to a series of health problems caused by prolonged sitting and lack of exercise. Long-term sitting may affect cardiovascular and mental health, and it is a common adverse reaction in psychotherapy. It is most common within 1-2 weeks of medication treatment. Therefore, the study proposes an adaptive sports intervention strategy to actively intervene in patients with sedentary disorder, in order to help them improve their overall quality and ability.

Select sedentary patients from a rehabilitation center as the research subjects and randomly divide them into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received adaptive physical education course intervention for ten weeks, three times a week for one hour each time. The control group received routine intervention according to traditional courses. Statistical analysis of patient experimental data using the Gross Motor Development Test Third Edition (TGMD-3) and the Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL).

After the experimental intervention, the experimental group showed significant changes in the development of basic motor skills (P<0.05), while the control group showed no significant changes in their physical activity levels.

Adaptive sports intervention has a good intervention effect on improving the basic motor skills of patients with sedentary disorder. During the experimental process, the time spent in the patient’s observation state and negative emotional state is significantly reduced, effectively improving the patient’s physical and mental health levels.

With the development of the digital economy and the increasing popularity of internet technology, online social support as a new type of mental health intervention has gradually received attention. At the same time, the rapid development of society has led to a large number of people suffering from anxiety disorders. Given this, this study proposes to analyze the intervention effect of online social support based on the digital economy on anxiety disorder patients.

200 patients diagnosed with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 100 patients in each group. The experimental group received online social support intervention for three months, while the control group maintained routine treatment. Evaluate the anxiety level of patients using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and compare the changes before and after intervention between the two groups. The data was processed using SASV9.4 statistical software.

After the experiment, compared with the control group, the anxiety level of the experimental group patients was significantly reduced (P<0.05). Meanwhile, over 70% of patients in the experimental group expressed that online social support helped them better understand their emotions and gain connections with others.

Online social support based on the digital economy has significant benefits for patients with anxiety disorders, not only reducing their anxiety levels, but also enhancing their social connectivity and psychological resilience. It is recommended to incorporate online social support as an effective means of future mental health interventions.

In modern enterprise management, financial performance evaluation is one of the main evaluation tools for employees and teams. However, when these evaluation methods are inappropriate or too strict, they may have a negative impact on employees. In addition, improper management and unclear systems in enterprises may lead to negative emotions among employees, especially anxiety disorders. Based on this, this study explores how inappropriate financial performance evaluation can affect employees’ mental health, with the expectation of obtaining reasonable results.

Five large companies were selected for the experiment, and 500 employees were randomly selected for anonymous surveys. The questionnaire includes experiences in financial performance evaluation, personal opinions on the evaluation, and scores on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Use Excel and SPSS24.0 to statistically process the data.

The survey results showed that 60% of employees who experienced inappropriate financial performance evaluations reported significant anxiety symptoms during and after the evaluation period. In contrast, only 20% of employees who believe that performance evaluation is appropriate reported experiencing similar anxiety experiences. In addition, for employees who believe that the evaluation is unfair or too strict, the severity of their anxiety symptoms is significantly higher than that of other populations.

Improper financial performance evaluation may increase employees’ mental health risks, especially the risk of anxiety disorders. It is recommended that enterprises ensure fairness, transparency, and rationality when conducting performance evaluations to maintain the psychological health of employees.

Schizophrenia (SCH) is a serious mental disorder of unknown aetiology, with clinical symptoms involving sensory perception, thinking, emotions, behavior, and other aspects. When symptoms occur repeatedly and the condition persists, the patient’s life and learning abilities are significantly impaired and gradually exhibiting cognitive impairment. The treatment effectiveness and rehabilitation process for SCH are often complex and diverse. This study developed a computer-aided treatment system using software engineering methods to evaluate its impact on the clinical intervention effectiveness of schizophrenia patients.

A total of 300 patients with schizophrenia were selected for the experiment and divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 150 patients in each group. The experimental group received a 6-month intervention using a computer-aided treatment system, while the control group received traditional treatment methods. Evaluate using the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) and record the changes in scores before and after the intervention in both groups. The process data was analyzed using SPSS.

After 6 months of treatment, the PANSS score of the experimental group significantly improved, with a statistical difference compared to the control group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance of the experimental group was also significantly improved, with higher patient satisfaction.

Computer-assisted therapy based on software engineering has shown positive effects in clinical interventions for schizophrenia and can serve as a beneficial supplement to traditional treatment methods. Future research needs to further improve the usability of the system and explore its applicability in different types of mental disorders and treatment stages.

Acute stress disorder is a serious hazard in elderly patients. This disorder can cause physical and psychological discomfort, affecting the patient’s life quality of functioning. Psychological intervention can help patients relieve anxiety and fear, and improve patients’ acceptance and participation in emergency nursing.

Optimization of community emergency care processes can provide faster, more efficient, professional care services through process optimization. If the two are combined, its efficacy can be further improved. Therefore, this study further explored the therapeutic effect of combining the two.

Elderly patients diagnosed with ASD were selected as samples from the community. The intervention group adopted the optimized community emergency nursing process combined with psychological intervention, and the control group adopted the standard nursing. The Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and 3-minute Disorder Assessment Scale (3D-CAM) were used to measure stress levels and cognitive dysfunction, respectively. SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis.

ASD symptoms were significantly reduced in the intervention group compared with the control group (P≤0.05). SASRQ scores decreased by 35 percent, indicating decreased levels of acute stress. The 3D-CAM score showed a 25% improvement in cognitive function in the intervention group.

Optimizing the community emergency nursing process combined with psychological intervention is an effective way to treat acute stress disorder in the elderly. This integrated care model contributes to improved mental health outcomes and should be considered in clinical practice.

With the development of digital economy, industrial upgrading and transformation of the regional economy has become an important way to promote economic development and improve competitiveness. In this context, there is also increasing attention to patients with cognitive impairment. Cognitive impairment is an elderly disease that affects physical and mental health and life quality. They reported that the adoption of digital technologies has made them more autonomous and improved their quality of life and happiness.

With the development of smart elderly care technology, the collection and use of user data caused privacy concerns and psychological anxiety. By studying algorithms and models that protect the privacy of user data, it is possible to prevent unauthorized access and misuse of data and promote the sustainable development of technology.

SPSS23.0 was used to conduct a quantitative investigation and research, and the sample included 200 users using smart elderly care technology. The Stanford Privacy Concerns Questionnaire (PCQ) was used to assess the level of privacy anxiety among users. Algorithms and models, such as data encryption and blockchain technology, are used to discuss the privacy protection of user data.

The results showed that users had high psychological anxiety about data privacy protection in smart elderly care technology. According to the data, 70% of users expressed concerns about data breaches and privacy violations. However, after the analysis and application of the model and algorithm, the psychological anxiety of users on data privacy protection has been significantly reduced, and 50% of users are satisfied with the privacy protection measures taken.

In the context of smart elderly care, users’ psychological anxiety about data privacy protection exists. The introduction of new algorithms and models, such as data encryption and blockchain technology, can effectively reduce the psychological anxiety of users and improve the acceptance of data privacy protection measures.

The anxiety of college students has become a common phenomenon in The Times, and many colleges and universities have introduced the teaching mode combining online and offline to alleviate student’s anxiety. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of this model on students’ anxiety disorders.

The students in a university were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The control group received regular offline physical education. The experimental group adopted the combination of online and offline physical education teaching mode with the introduction of an educational psychology strategy. The mode also includes students’ burnout emotion, information literacy and self-control ability. The study used the general hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD) to obtain the anxiety disorder score data of college students and used the statistical software SAS to process and analyze the data.

The study found that students in the experimental group had significantly lower anxiety disorder scores than those in the control group. The average anxiety score for the experimental group was 5.2, compared with 8.3 for the control group. T-test and analysis of variance were used to verify that the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant.

Research shows that online and offline physical education teaching mode can significantly reduce students’ anxiety. This provides a reference for the efficient education management model and helps to promote the development of new teaching strategies.

Many vocational schools adopt the mode of integrating production and education and take the middle school and factory as the teaching background. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of this educational strategy on students’ psychological stress.

This study selected 200 students from a vocational college as the research object and randomly divided them into a control group and a study group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. The research group adopted the teaching mode of integration production and education, and integration of school and enterprise. Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAM-A) was used as a control for analysis, and statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis.

After six months of experimental research, the anxiety scale scores of students in the control group dropped from 22 to 18 points, and those in the study group dropped from 23 to 11 points. The psychological stress of the students in the study group was significantly different before and after the experiment (P<0.05). The experimental results show that the teaching mode combined with production and education can alleviate the psychological pressure of vocational college students.

In this study, the new teaching method combined with middle-class teaching can obviously relieve students’ psychological pressure. At the same time, it can also provide a reference for the administrators of other vocational colleges to promote the healthy development of education and the prosperity of the local economy.

In recent years, the proportion of bipolar disorder among ceramic artists has increased significantly. From the perspective of positive psychology, the study further analyzed the risk factors of bipolar disorder.

The study recruited ceramic artist volunteers as research objects and divided them into a bipolar group and a non-bipolar group. According to artistic creativity, family, endocrine function and other factors of the study subjects data statistics. Statistical software Statistica was used for data analysis, and the T-test or correlation coefficient were used to evaluate the correlation of factors.

By analyzing the social media texts of science and engineering students, the study found several factors related to employment anxiety. In the bipolar group, the score of creative stress was significantly higher than that in the non-bipolar group (M=4.62 in the manic-depressive group and M=3.31 in the non-manic-depressive group, P<0.001). Competitive stress (M=3.81 in the manic-depressive group and M=2.92 in the non-manic-depressive group, P<0.001) and personal negative experience (M=4.19 in the manic-depressive group and M=3.24 in the non-manic-depressive group, P<0.001) also had significantly higher scores in the manic-depressive group.

Based on the analysis of positive psychology, this study analyzed the causes of bipolar disorder induced by ceramic artists. Through statistical analysis using Statistica, the results showed that creativity, competitive pressure and personal negative experience were positively correlated with the manic-depressive index of ceramic artists. This study provides valuable information for psychological support measures for patients with bipolar disorder, thus promoting the artistic development of ceramists.

With the development of society, the incidence rate of autistic children is gradually rising. Autism is often related to genetic factors. In addition, abnormal brain structure and function are also one of the causes of autism. The common symptoms of autism patients include social interaction disorders, communication barriers, narrow interests, and stereotyped and repetitive behavior. Immersive learning is defined as an experiential approach that fully integrates into the training environment, utilizing virtual reality technology.

In order to analyze the impact of immersive learning in English classrooms on language disorders in children with autism, the study selected 100 children with autism and randomly divided them into a treatment group and a control group, with 50 children in both groups. Among them, the control group received normal English classroom teaching, while the treatment group received immersive learning. Both groups have one lecture per day and five classes per week, with a treatment cycle of four weeks. The analysis tools used in the study include the Children’s Autism Rating Scale, Symptom Self Rating Scale, Comprehensive Quality of Life Rating Scale, and SPSS23.0.

The results showed that after treatment, the scores of loneliness and symptom self-evaluation in children showed a significant decrease, with a significant difference compared to before treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group showed the most significant decrease. In addition, after treatment, the children’s quality of life scores showed a significant improvement (P<0.05), and the treatment group showed the most improvement.

From this, it can be seen that immersive learning in English classrooms is beneficial for language disorders in children with autism.

Anxiety disorder usually refers to anxiety disorder. Common anxiety disorders include social phobia and separation anxiety disorder. Different anxiety disorders have different incidence rates. At present, the pathogenesis of anxiety disorder is not yet clear, but its common causes include genetic and psychological factors. Music therapy treats diseases from both physiological and psychological perspectives.

In order to analyze the relief effect of cross-cultural education combined with music therapy on academic anxiety disorder in university students, the study selected 80 students with anxiety disorder. They were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, with 40 students in each group. Among them, the control group only received cross-cultural education, while the observation group received music therapy based on cross-cultural education. Both groups were treated three times a week for a total of 8 weeks. After the treatment, the study evaluated the treatment results using the Self Rating Anxiety Scale, Self Rating Depression Scale, and SPSS23.0.

The results showed that there was a significant decrease in anxiety and depression scores between the observation group and the control group students after treatment, and there was a significant difference compared to before treatment (P<0.05). In addition, after treatment, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group students decreased more than those of the control group, and the difference between the two was significant (P<0.05).

In summary, the combination of cross-cultural education and music therapy in universities has a certain alleviating effect on students’ academic anxiety disorder.
