Currently, students with relatively weak vocal learning foundations generally suffer from learning anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorder is a psychological feeling of excessive worry, and college students’ learning anxiety often leads to uncontrollable worries such as nervousness, panic, and feeling threatened. This learning anxiety will make students increasingly reject learning, thereby affecting learning efficiency.

The study explored three perspectives: establishing a friendly and interactive teacher-student relationship, optimizing the model of vocal music teaching courses in universities, and carrying out innovative course practices. The effectiveness of innovative practice in vocal music teaching courses in universities was tested and verified using the Sarason Exam Anxiety Scale. The experiment used 120 college students from two classes to be divided into a control group and an intervention group. The intervention group learned according to the innovative practice of vocal music teaching courses in universities, while the control group still learned according to the original learning model.

The experimental results show that there is a significant difference in anxiety results between the control group and the intervention group before and after the course implementation. The learning anxiety of students in the control group and intervention group before the innovation practice course experiment was 40.5% and 40.4%, respectively. After innovative practice, the learning anxiety of the two groups of students was 40.8% and 31.5%, respectively.

The innovative practice of vocal music teaching courses in universities can effectively alleviate the learning anxiety of college students.

Diabetic patients often suffer from neovascularization during branch flap repair, and the process of formation of these neo-vessels and post-traumatic stress intervention have not been adequately studied.

Fifty diabetic patients were selected for this study and divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received post-traumatic stress intervention treatment, while the control group received conventional treatment. Choke vessels were counted and observed by collecting tissue samples from the study subjects using histological methods.

Data analysis software SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis of data. A significant reduction in the number of Choke vessels was observed in the experimental group as compared to the control group (the mean number of Choke vessels was 10.2 in the experimental group and 17.8 in the control group, P<0.05). In addition, the blood glucose level of the experimental group was significantly decreased (the average blood glucose level of the experimental group was 8.6 mmol/L and the average blood glucose level of the control group was 11.4 mmol/L, P<0.01).

Post-traumatic stress intervention can significantly reduce the number of Choke vessels and thus improve the results of perforator flap repair. It provides useful guidance for the surgical treatment of diabetic patients and provides an important theoretical basis for clinical practice.

With the increase of occupational stress and workload, more and more occupational people have problems of work attention deficit. The HRM system will be helpful to the occupational group, so it can be used in the study of the work attention deficit of faculty members.

60 teaching staff of a vocational college were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental and control groups, with 30 people in each group. The experimental group applied the optimized human resource management system; the control group was managed according to the unoptimized system. Memory load n-back task was used and relevant experimental data were recorded; Pearson was used to analyze the relevant data.

The mean reaction time of the experimental group in the 1-back task was (505±100) ms, while that of the control group was (457±75) ms, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant after repeated-measures ANOVA (P=0.017). In the 2-back task, the mean reaction time of the experimental group was (573±125) ms, while the control group was (511±100) ms, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P=0.016).

Faculty members optimized for the HRM system showed longer reaction time and increased ISD when completing n-back tasks, and these differences were associated with clinical symptoms of attention deficit at work. Therefore, HRM system optimization research can explore additional interventions to improve faculty members’ level of work attention.

In corporate financial risk assessment, the cognitive ability of personnel plays an important role in accurately assessing and predicting risks. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the cognitive impairment of corporate financial risk assessment personnel and their countermeasures by combining psychological analysis.

This study used psychological scales and cognitive paradigms for research. The study selected 50 staff members from a financial enterprise as the research subjects and randomly divided them into an experimental group and a control group, each consisting of 25 people. Data analysis was conducted using the Simplified Mental Intelligence Scale and the Code-recognition episodic memory paradigm, and the data was processed using SPSS22.0.

By simplifying the analysis of MMSE sub-items, the two items with the strongest discriminative ability for MCI were identified, namely MMSE12 and MMSE19. The average cognitive speed score of the evaluators in the experimental group was 0.56 seconds, while the average cognitive speed score of the evaluators in the control group was 0.42 seconds. The t-test results showed a significant difference in cognitive speed between the two groups (P<0.01).

BABRI-mini MMSE and BABRI-EMT are suitable for rapid screening of cognitive impairment for corporate financial risk assessors. MMSE12 and MMSE19 can be used as valid indicators for assessing cognitive impairment, and the application of the situational memory scale can further improve discriminative ability. This suggests that psychology-based analysis can help corporate financial risk assessors detect and respond to cognitive impairment promptly and improve the accuracy and reliability of assessment.

With the improvement of people’s health awareness, they gradually pay attention to public health events. When public health incidents suddenly occur, people’s psychology is partially anxious. Conventional management measures only aim at patients’ health diseases and often ignore patients’ anxiety. To manage this kind of emotion, this study puts forward the management countermeasures of double-hearted nursing.

The study divided 200 patients who met the inclusion criteria into two groups equally, and each group contained 50 cases of male and 50 cases of female. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional medical methods, while the patients in the control group were treated with the double-hearted nursing management countermeasures proposed in the study. After 12 weeks of treatment, the study used SPSS23.0 to count their psychological anxiety scores and compared the scores of patients before and after treatment.

Before the experiment, the average score of patients’ psychological anxiety was 90.1, and after the research of double-hearted nursing management countermeasures, the average score of patients’ psychological anxiety in the experimental group was 47.5, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (85.3).

The experimental results show that the double-hearted nursing management countermeasures proposed in this study can effectively address patients’ anxiety, thus keeping people away from public health emergencies. It can take good care of people’s mood and has the value of popularization and use.

With the rapid development of international communication, learners gradually begin to socialize across cultures. However, some introverted students have cross-cultural social anxiety disorder when communicating with foreign friends. In order to alleviate this symptom, this study puts forward the optimization of foreign language learning strategies based on psychological suggestion.

In this study, 400 patients with cross-cultural social anxiety disorder who meet the treatment standards were selected from the school and divided into the experimental group and the control group equally, and the number of male and female students in the two groups was the same. The experimental group and the control group were treated with psychological suggestion and routine psychological care for 12 months, respectively. The study used 3-min confidence assessment scale (3D-CAM) software to compare their social anxiety scores before and after treatment.

Before and after treatment, the average difference of social anxiety score in the experimental group was 42.5, which showed that the treatment method could effectively alleviate the disease. The value of the control group is only 16.8.

The experimental results show that the optimized diagnosis and treatment methods of foreign language learning strategies proposed in this study can effectively treat learners’ cross-cultural social anxiety disorder, and then improve the social mood of patients and students. This method has almost no sequelae and is suitable for the cure of cross-cultural social anxiety disorder.

Due to the increasing study pressure, the proportion of anxiety disorders among college students began to increase. In order to solve this situation, colleges and universities adopt mental health education to treat college students. However, this method is only suitable for mild patients, and there are shortcomings in the face of patients with severe anxiety disorder. In order to improve it, this study combines Marxist spirit with mental health education in colleges and universities.

In this study, 800 college students suffering from anxiety disorder were selected and divided into two equal groups, including experimental group and control group, with the same proportion of male and female students. The experimental group was treated with Marxist spirit combined with mental health education in colleges and universities, while the control group was treated with conventional mental health education in colleges and universities. After one-year treatment, Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SARQ) was used to compare their anxiety disorder scores before and after treatment.

The average anxiety disorder score of these college students is 97.8, the average anxiety disorder score of the experimental group is 33.7, and the average anxiety disorder score of the control group is 65.3.

The experimental results show that the method proposed in this study can effectively intervene the anxiety disorder of college students, thus making college students’ psychology change into positive. The combination of Marxist spirit and mental health education in colleges and universities has no sequelae for college students and is suitable for relieving their mood.

Bipolar depression is a mental illness accompanied by manic episodes and depression, and the course of the illness is cyclic and repetitive. The pathogenesis is related to genetic factors, neurotransmitters, neuroendocrine, biorhythms and some psychosocial factors. In order to explore more intervention methods of bipolar depression, this study introduced educational psychology into rail transit teaching in higher vocational colleges to explore the mechanism and effect of this method on students with bipolar depression.

64 students with bipolar depression in a higher vocational college were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received the teaching course education of educational psychology reform. The scores of Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Acceptance and Behavior Questionnaire Second edition (AAQ-II), and Social Dysfunction Screening Scale (SDSS) were compared before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, and 8 weeks after treatment.

The scores of Yang’s Mania Scale, self-rating Depression Scale, the second edition of Acceptance and Behavior Questionnaire and Social Dysfunction Screening Scale were lower than those before the experiment (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.

The curriculum education of educational psychology reform has a positive effect on patients with bipolar depression. The patients’ emotional stability is improved, depressive symptoms are alleviated, suicidal thoughts are gradually weakened, mania symptoms are alleviated and physical symptoms are gradually recovered.

Anxiety disorders often involve excessive and persistent feelings of worry and fear, which develop to a peak in a short period of time. The etiology of anxiety disorder is complex, and its pathogenesis is not clear. Genetic factors are one of the important risk factors of anxiety disorder, and neurobiochemical factors, psychological factors and biosocial factors may lead to this disease. In order to explore more ways to intervene in psychological anxiety, the study introduced psychology into the short-term training course of watercolor painting, and analyzed its influence mechanism and effect on psychological anxiety of adult students.

Forty-six adult students with psychological anxiety in a painting training course were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group participated in the watercolor painting training course from the perspective of psychology. Symptom self-rating Scale SCL-90, social anxiety scale LSAS and Hamilton anxiety Scale HAMA were used for assessment before treatment, the second, fourth and eighth weeks after treatment, respectively.

The scores of HAMA, LSAS and SCL-90 in the experimental group after receiving painting training from the perspective of psychology were lower than those before participation (P<0.05), and the differences were statistically significant.

The short-term painting training course from the perspective of psychology has a positive effect on the psychological anxiety of adult students, which can maintain attention for a long time, improve the quality of sleep, and avoid the anxiety of nervousness or excessive thinking.

Depression is a common mental illness. Patients with depression show somatization symptoms such as loss of appetite, insomnia and low mood. The etiology and pathogenesis of depression are still unclear, and the pathogenesis is related to biochemical, neuroendocrine, sleep and brain electrophysiological abnormalities. This study takes depressed passengers as the research object to explore the intervention and influence of innovative high-speed rail services on patients with depressive episodes when they travel, so as to provide ideas for the coupling development of high-speed rail network and innovative cooperation.

38 cases of high-speed rail passengers with depression were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated with innovative psychological services of high-speed rail. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was used to evaluate the degree of depression before and after treatment, and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) was used to evaluate the degree of anxiety.

The scores of HAMD and HAMA in the experimental group after innovative psychological intervention services were lower than those before participation (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.

With the improvement of people’s living standards, more and more people are paying attention to their mental health, and many people choose to travel to alleviate the impact of anxiety.

This study selected 20 patients with different levels of anxiety, including mild anxiety, moderate anxiety, and severe anxiety, and divided them equally into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was treated with a combination of long and short acting drugs and green ecotourism, while the control group was only treated with a combination of long and short acting drugs. After six months of treatment, follow-up visits will be conducted to investigate the patient’s anxiety relief.

The survey showed that a total of 9 patients with severe anxiety in the experimental group had symptoms relieved, with 4 patients transitioning from severe anxiety to moderate anxiety, and 5 patients transitioning from severe anxiety to mild anxiety Among them, 4 experienced mild anxiety, while the rest were cured. 6 patients with mild anxiety were cured. In the control group, 6 patients with severe anxiety had symptoms relieved, all of whom turned to moderate anxiety. Among patients with moderate anxiety, 4 experienced relief in symptoms, with 3 transitioning from moderate anxiety to mild anxiety and 1 being cured. Four patients with mild anxiety have been cured.

The experimental results indicate that the combination of green ecological tourism industry construction and drug use in the context of rural revitalization has a good therapeutic effect on alleviating anxiety symptoms in anxiety patients

The prevalence of anxiety and depression continues to increase, becoming the most common mental health symptoms, with a higher proportion of these two mental illnesses among college students.

The survey randomly selects 50 college students who suffer from both anxiety and depression at a certain university and divides them into two groups. One group consists of 25 people, and each group is treated with psychotherapy combined with tourism stimulus and psychotherapy. The treatment course lasts for one year, and a follow-up visit will be conducted one year later to score anxiety and depression.

The scoring results showed that among college students receiving combination therapy, the highest anxiety score was 8.6, which decreased to 3.7 after treatment. The highest depression score was 9.2, which decreased to 4.4 after combination therapy. Analysis of 25 people who received combined treatment found that the average score for depression and anxiety decreased to 4.1, and 5 of them were cured. Among college students who only received psychological treatment, the highest anxiety score was 9.1, which decreased to 5.3 after treatment. The highest depression score was 8.7, which decreased to 4.9 after psychological treatment. The average score for depression and anxiety reduction was 2.9.

The experimental results indicate that tourism stimulus combined with psychotherapy has a better therapeutic effect on college students with anxiety and depression than using psychotherapy alone.

With the aging of the population, the incidence rate of cognitive dysfunction is also increasing. Cognitive impairment refers to one or more impairments in cognitive function that affect an individual’s daily or social abilities.

This study randomly selected 20 patients with cognitive impairment in the hospital and divided them into two groups. The first group was treated with medication supplemented by English and American literature translation teaching. The second group only used medication for treatment. After completing two courses of treatment, the patient’s condition and their recovery are evaluated.

The evaluation results showed that among the patients treated with combination therapy, 3 patients with more severe conditions showed significant improvement, 3 patients with moderate conditions showed significant improvement in their condition, 2 patients showed significant improvement, 1 patient showed a slight improvement, and 3 patients with milder conditions were cured. Among patients who only received medication treatment, 2 of the severe patients showed significant improvement, while the remaining 2 showed no significant change. Among the 4 patients with moderate conditions, 1 had a significant improvement, 3 had a minor improvement, and 1 of the 3 patients with mild conditions was cured.

The experimental results indicate that the combination of medication and English literature translation teaching therapy has better therapeutic effects on patients with cognitive impairment of recognition function than the use of medication alone.

With the increase of academic pressure, depression has gradually become one of the most important diseases in students, affecting students’ learning, life and physical health. As an innovative educational method, interactive teaching model of marketing has the potential to stimulate students’ interest and enhance their enthusiasm for learning, and can become an auxiliary means to relieve students’ depressive symptoms.

300 college students were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to 150 people in each group. The control group was treated with traditional drug therapy, and the experimental group was treated with marketing interactive teaching model, emphasizing students’ interaction and practice. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the depression status of students.

The results showed that the Hamilton Depression Scale score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The self-rating depression scale score of the experimental group decreased by 9.1 points on average, and that of the control group decreased by 4.6 points. Statistical analysis showed that the improvement of depressive symptoms in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P< 0.001).

The results showed that the interactive teaching model of marketing had a positive effect on the treatment of depression, and could significantly reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety of students.

The research of higher vocational education teaching reform in Jiangsu City Vocational College is based on the research of the teaching mode of “learning, doing, thinking, innovation” which integrates science and practice—Building a new Teaching Model of Marketing (11-YB-02).

The incidence of depression among college students is increasing year by year, which has a serious impact on social development. As a non-drug intervention, music therapy can affect individual psychological state through emotional catharsis, emotion regulation and other ways, which has attracted more and more attention in recent years, and is expected to provide an effective auxiliary means for the management of depression in college students.

A total of 200 college students were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The students in the control group maintained their usual learning lifestyle. The experimental group received 30 minutes of music therapy four times a week for a total of 8 weeks. Beck Depression Checklist was used to evaluate the degree of depression symptoms, and SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the data.

The results showed that the mean score of depressive symptoms in the experimental group decreased from 28.4±5.2 before the intervention to 15.2±3.8 after the intervention, while the score of the control group decreased by less than 1 (P< 0.001). The BDI score of the music therapy group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P< 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.

The results show that music therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on depression intervention of college students, which can effectively reduce the symptoms of depression and improve the emotional state of college students.

As a common mental illness, emotional disorders are difficult for patients to adjust their emotions in daily life, which will have a serious impact on their emotions and quality of life. Rural tourism combined with relaxation guidance, as an innovative psychological intervention, may have a positive impact on the emotions of patients with emotional disorders.

The study included 100 patients with affective disorders who were randomly divided equally into control and experimental groups. The control group received conventional drug therapy, while the experimental group received a six-week rural tour with relaxation guidance twice a week for 60 minutes each time. During the study, the emotional self-rating scale was used to evaluate the emotional state of the patients, and SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the data, and the differences between the groups were compared.

The experimental results showed that the average positive emotion score of the experimental group increased from 42.7±6.1 before travel to 56.4±7.2 after travel (P< 0.01), and the average negative emotion score decreased from 34.5±5.8 before travel to 27.8±4.6 after travel (P< 0.05). In control group, the average positive emotion score increased by less than 3 (P< 0.01).

The results show that rural tourism combined with relaxation has a positive effect on the emotions of patients with emotional disorders, and can be applied in the treatment of patients with emotional disorders.

Borderline personality disorder is a subtype of pathological personality. Some studies believe that pathological personality will affect the treatment of depression, and borderline personality is the most obvious one. Borderline personality disorder has a certain impact on the repair of psychosocial function. Ringing can even increase the risk of suicide. The emotional state of patients with this disease is quite similar to the emotional symptoms of patients with depression, which is easy to be missed or misdiagnosed, and there is a long continuity of borderline personality disorder. Therefore, the choice of treatment for patients with this disease is very critical.

In the perspective of Marxism, spiritual life is the inner need and important content of the all-round development of human beings. Marxist spiritual education provides correct values and spiritual connotation. The effect of Marxist spiritual education on the intervention of patients with borderline personality disorder was discussed. In this experiment, 60 patients with borderline personality disorder were randomly selected from a hospital. SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to process the data of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) before and after the experiment.

Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in patients’ SAS scale scores (P>0.05). After intervention, the score of SAS scale was higher than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Marxist spiritual education has obvious improvement effect on borderline personality disorder, and can promote the physical and mental health development of patients.

Learning phobia is a special phobia and mental disorder, which is a long-term behavior caused by psychological emotions such as anxiety, depression, etc. The current education model is mainly biased towards the test, paying too much attention to the test results, but ignoring the learning process in the classroom. This also causes the classroom to be too boring, which seriously affects the students’ interest in learning. Therefore, the key to improving students’ fear of learning lies in the reform of teaching mode.

Educational psychology is a course of both theory and application, which helps to relieve students’ academic pressure and improve their overall quality. Therefore, based on educational psychology, this study makes an in-depth analysis of the influence of the reformed teaching mode on students’ learning phobia. Fifty students with learning phobia were randomly selected from a school. They were divided into general teaching group and teaching reform group, with 25 people in each group. SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze the changes of students’ learning phobia.

Before the experiment, the baseline data of all students had no statistical significance (P>0.05). After intervention, the learning phobia of teaching reform group was significantly improved compared with that of general teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

The use of appropriate teaching mode can naturally improve students’ interest in learning, but also be more conducive to students’ physical and mental health growth.

Borderline personality disorder is a common personality disorder in psychiatry, accompanied by a variety of impulsive behavior characteristics, and is also a complex, serious and destructive mental disorder. With the increasing pressure of life and study, this disorder is increasingly appearing in college students. Cultural body is a social psychological process in which individuals form a sense of belonging to their culture and cultural groups, so as to obtain, maintain and innovate their own cultural attributes. It has special value functions such as guidance, promotion and education, which is helpful to improve the ideological and moral quality and spiritual outlook of young students.

Red culture is a culture with Chinese characteristics formed on the basis of constantly “sublating” Chinese and foreign cultural thoughts. This study mainly discusses the intervention effect of red cultural identity education psychology on borderline personality disorder college students. 70 college students with borderline personality disorder were randomly selected for the intervention of educational psychology of red cultural identity. SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical processing.

Before the intervention, the baseline data of all students had no statistical significance (P>0.05). After intervention, the borderline personality disorder of college students was significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

The educational psychology of red cultural identity has a positive therapeutic intervention effect on borderline personality disorder college students, which can help them gain a sense of belonging and improve their self-confidence and spirituality.

Autism is a common neurodevelopmental disorder that affects an individual’s ability to communicate socially and emotionally. The incidence of autism among college students is increasing year by year, which causes trouble to their study and life. Therefore, it is of great significance to find effective intervention methods to improve the symptoms of college students with autism.

This study selected 30 students from colleges and universities who were diagnosed with autism as research objects, and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received 8 weeks of music-guided imagination activity combined with multimodal exercise intervention, while the control group received conventional treatment. Both groups were evaluated by self-rating scales and professional assessment tools, and data were analyzed using SPSS23.0 software to understand the efficacy before and after the intervention.

The self-rating scale score of the experimental group after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention (P<0.05), and significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). In the professional assessment tool, the loneliness symptom status score of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that before intervention (P<0.05), and was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).

Music-guided imagination activity combined with multimodal movement has a significant effect on college students with autism. The experimental group can better express emotions, enhance social skills, and improve physical coordination and spatial perception through music-guided imagination activities.
