Due to the issue of employment choices faced by college students after graduation, universities offer related courses to assist students in their career planning. However, some students still experience employment anxiety, making the career planning course reform for college students urgent and necessary.

To explore the impact of integrating psychological career planning courses on students’ employment anxiety, a study selected 100 students with employment anxiety at a certain university and randomly divided them into two groups. One group is a blank group, which receives guidance from traditional career planning courses. The other group is the experimental group, which adopts the guidance of integrated psychology for college students’ career planning courses. The experimental period lasts for 3 months. The experiment used the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) for effectiveness evaluation.

The experimental results showed that the SAS scores of the blank group before and after the experiment were 60.3 ± 2.4 and 59.3 ± 1.6, respectively, and the SDS scores were 42.6 ± 1.7 and 37.3 ± 2.0, respectively. The SAS scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment were 62.1 ± 1.6, and the SDS scores were 40.4 ± 2.6 and 32.7 ± 1.4, respectively. The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group students showed a more significant downward trend compared to the blank group, as incorporating psychology into career planning courses can better focus on students’ psychological changes and provide targeted guidance.

Integrating career planning courses into psychology can alleviate students’ employment anxiety.

With the deepening of international cultural exchanges, the issue of cultural identity anxiety caused by it has also become a research hotspot. In the context of China, where foreign language education predominantly revolves around the teaching of English, a singular approach has led to an intensified experience of cultural identity anxiety among students throughout their learning journey.

To explore the impact of cultural identity on students’ anxiety disorders in English language and literature teaching, this study randomly selected 120 students from a certain university to conduct a questionnaire survey on cultural identity anxiety. Then, a cultural identity module was added to the English language and literature teaching of these 120 students, and the experiment lasted for two months. After the experiment, a questionnaire survey was conducted again on cultural identity anxiety among 120 experimental students. Analyze the anxiety relief of students based on the survey results.

The experimental results showed that before the experiment, 33 out of 120 students had mild cultural identity anxiety, 53 had moderate anxiety, 17 had severe anxiety, and 17 had no anxiety. After teaching on cultural identity, the number of students who did not experience anxiety about cultural identity increased to 41 out of 120, with 65, 12, and 2 students experiencing mild, moderate, and severe anxiety, respectively. After receiving cultural identity education, students’ anxiety in learning English language and literature has been alleviated.

Cultural identity education in English language and literature teaching can alleviate students’ anxiety.

With the rapid development of society, the probability of criminal incidents among college students is gradually increasing, leading to an aggravation of social barriers among college students. Therefore, legalized management of universities has become an important method for building a harmonious campus.

To provide effective psychological guidance for students’ social disorders caused by the increase in crime rates in universities, this study selected 150 students from a certain university to conduct a social disorder questionnaire survey targeting the crime rate in universities and filled out the Hamilton Depression and Anxiety Scale (HAMA). Then, a one-semester rule of law management was adopted for the university, and after the experiment, a social disorders questionnaire survey and HAMA scale were conducted again on the 150 students.

The experimental results showed that before the start of the experiment, a total of 135 students developed anxiety due to the increase in crime rates in universities. Among them, 76 were mild, 51 were moderate, and 8 were severe, with a HAMA score of 52.4 ± 3.1. After the experiment, the number of people who developed anxiety due to the crime rate in universities decreased to 114, among which 81 were mild, 30 were moderate, and 1 was severe. The HAMA score decreased to 43.5 ± 2.6. The number of anxious individuals and HAMA scores have decreased to a certain extent after the experiment.

Legalizing the management of universities can alleviate students’ social disorders caused by university crimes and provide good psychological guidance for students.

Anxiety disorders are a type of mental illness in adolescents. It is found that the prevalence of anxiety in adolescents reaches 10-20%, with some adolescents experiencing conditions that extend into adulthood and even cause suicide or admission to psychiatric hospitals. The study from a psychological perspective analyzed and explored the intervention effects of universities’ internal governance programs on college students’ anxiety symptoms.

The study divided 100 students with anxiety disorders in a college (has been consistent) into an experimental group and a control group, with 50 in each. The experimental group of students with anxiety disorders received an intervention treatment from the internal governance program of the university, and the control group were not formally treated. The study utilized the Screening Checklist for Anxious Emotional Disturbances (SCAED) (Verified abbreviations of technical terms) for the measurements. After 8 weeks, the total scores of two groups by SCAED were compared.

The study utilized SPSS 23.0 statistical software to analyze the data. The total SCAED score of the experimental group was (33.75±12.43) and that of the control group was (42.20±9.35), which was better than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference in the comparison between the groups (P<0.05).

The analysis from the psychological perspective shows that the internal governance program in colleges and universities can effectively alleviate the anxiety symptoms of adolescents, and it is worth to promote the application.

According to the severity of the illness, anxiety can be divided into mild anxiety, moderate anxiety and severe anxiety. When anxiety attacks, patients will be accompanied by mental symptoms such as rising anxiety and restlessness, as well as physical symptoms such as tremor, sweating and nausea. Targeted at college students with mild anxiety disorder, the study combined ideological and political education with mental health education to intervene their treatment.

The study divided 100 college students with mild anxiety disorders in a university into an experimental group and a control group, in which the experimental group was 50 students who received the intervention treatment of ideological and political education combined with mental health education, and the control group was 50 students who did not receive formal treatment. The study utilized the Hamilton Anxiety Measurement Scale (HAMA) to conduct measurements, and finally compared HAMA scores of the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment. The HAMA scores of these two groups were compared.

The study utilized SPSS23.0 statistical software to analyze the data. The HAMA score of the experimental group after 8 weeks was (8.96±0.59) and that of the control group after 8 weeks was (17.46±3.46), which was better than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference in the comparison of the groups (P<0.05).

Ideological and political education combined with mental health education has a significant effect on the intervention of students with mild anxiety disorders, and has certain application value.

Animation has special artistic creation rules, so animation writers often suffer from anxiety disorder because of excessive pressure when creating animation scripts. This study from psychological quality and physical health, analyzes the sources of patients’ anxiety, and intervenes their anxiety treatment by using group psychological counseling with trait hope scale.

In this study, 60 animated writers with anxiety disorder were selected on different platforms of social media and were divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, 30 writers received the intervention of group psychological counseling with hope trait, while in the control group, 50 patients did not receive treatment. The study used the Hope Trait Scale and Sarason Test Anxiety Scale (TAS) to measure, and compared the hope trait scores of the two groups with TAS scores after 8 weeks of treatment.

The study utilized SPSS 23.0 statistical software to analyze the data. The hope trait scores and HAMA scores of the experimental group were (163.4±20.2) and (13.5±2.7) after 8 weeks, and those of the control group were (138.5±19.3) and (17.1±2.3) after 8 weeks, which were better than those of the control group, and the comparison between the two groups showed significant differences (P<0.05).

Script stress and physical sub-health status are the main sources of anxiety symptoms in animation writers, and the study utilized hope trait group counseling to effectively alleviate anxiety symptoms in animation writers.

Any product design cannot do without color design, and color is also an important form of psychological treatment for anxiety disorders. This study is based on color, optimizing product design, intervening, and treating consumer anxiety disorders, and combining conventional medical methods to improve consumers’ sub-health status and generate positive social effects.

We performed a MEDLINE search focusing on the past 10 years. Keywords used were attachment, neurobiology, and psychotherapy. We included original studies and existing reviews looking at all types of formal psychotherapy used and focusing on human research. Exclusion criteria were non-psychotherapeutic interventions and attachment based on couples only.

The experimental results showed that the number of people who observed red light was greater than that of those who observed blue light, and the number of people who observed green and blue light was 21,25. The order of changing colors has little effect on the experimental results. The level of activity in brain regions varies with color, with darker red areas indicating more active brain activity, while darker blue areas indicating less active brain activity.

Red light makes the brain tense and excited, while blue light makes the brain calm and relaxed. Design products with colors, expressing emotions through color combinations on the screen. Faced with the psychological dilemma of anxiety, through the application of color in product design, color optimization is carried out to explore effective color application solutions that can be suitable for various psychological needs.

Through interviews and questionnaire surveys on emotional factors in college students’ learning, it was found that there is a common prevalence of mania such as weak integrative motivation and strong anxiety, which to some extent affects learning efficiency. This study aims to observe the therapeutic effect of the combination of engineering management teaching reform and innovation in universities and traditional Chinese medicine on students’ mania.

The subjects of this study were 120 randomly selected students from a certain school and college, who were evenly divided into two groups. The experimental group received reform teaching combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, while the control group received traditional teaching. A questionnaire survey was conducted with a rating of five levels ranging from “very suitable for me” to “completely unsuitable for me”, with a score ranging from 5 to 1. After the questionnaire was collected, SPSS was used to analyze the reliability of the data.

The results showed that the average value of anxiety factors in the control group exceeded 3.00. The average value of students’ learning confidence is below 3.00, and 57.8% of students believe that they lack self-confidence. The average value of anxiety factors in the experimental group is below 3.00, and 80% of students believe that they have mastered knowledge through teaching and feel relaxed and confident in the classroom.

This study indicates that students have manic affective disorders with weak integrative motivation and strong anxiety. Classroom teaching mode is optimized, importance is attached to the cultivation of integrated motivation, timely attention is paid to students’ emotional status, students can overcome mania, and learning emotions and outcomes can be improved.

The period of college students is a high incidence age for bipolar disorder. Strong fluctuations and fluctuating emotional experiences, fluctuating between manic and depressive states, can cause serious damage to the physical and mental health of college students. This study proposes specific measures and suggestions for prevention education and crisis intervention to address bipolar disorder among college students.

80 patients with bipolar disorder who underwent psychological treatment in a certain school hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine education, while the observation group received health education based on the control group. SPSS analysis was conducted to compare the significant differences in emotional intelligence levels, Hamilton Depression Scale, and Young Mania Scale between two groups of patients before and after intervention.

The results showed that after the intervention, the total scores on the emotional intelligence scale and emotional perception, as well as the scores of self-emotional management and others’ management dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. However, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of emotional utilization dimensions between the two groups. The Hamilton Depression Scale and Young Mania Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (t=2.951, P=0.004; t=3.893, P<0.001).

Health education can effectively improve the emotional intelligence level of patients with bipolar disorder, help improve emotions, and reduce their manic and depressive levels.

Learning phobia is a form of anxiety caused by learning pressure, characterized by fear of learning, difficulty in thinking about anything, and severe physical reactions such as dizziness and palpitations. At present, the employment situation in the English translation major is relatively severe, and academic pressure has become increasingly high, leading to some college students showing varying degrees of resistance or even fear when facing their studies, which has a negative impact on their own development.

The study conducted the Cochrane Library search on past studies related to learning phobia, using keywords such as phobia, neurobiology, and psychotherapy. Fifteen English translation major students with learning phobia were selected for a three-month online teaching program. Before and after the online teaching, a questionnaire survey was conducted on their willingness to learn, and SPSS 23.0 was used for statistical analysis.

The results show that online teaching for college students from English translation majors has a certain effect on alleviating learning phobia. It can be found that students’ learning willingness before and after online teaching has significantly improved (P<0.05), through statistical analysis and t-tests of effective survey questionnaires collected before and after online teaching.

Learning phobia among college students is an important factor that affects their mental health and learning efficiency. Effective measures and timely intervention and treatment are urgently needed. The analysis and research on the relief effect of online teaching mode for English translation majors on learning phobia among college students is of great significance for improving their learning outcomes.

Social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia, refers to anxiety or anxiety about social interaction when encountering unfamiliar or socially threatening situations. At present, social anxiety disorder is a common phenomenon among students, which is not conducive to their physical and mental health development.

The study conducted an EMBase search over the past decade using keywords such as anxiety, social, and psychotherapy to obtain a randomized controlled group of students with social anxiety disorders treated by teaching mode reform. Incorporated original research and existing reviews, focusing on all types of formal psychotherapy and focusing on human research. 10 college students with social anxiety disorder were selected to undergo a three-month mathematical teaching model reform and adopt the Rev Man 5 20 software to perform meta-analysis on various indicators.

In the past decade, the neurobiology of studying student social anxiety disorder has received increasing attention. The meta-analysis results showed that the effectiveness of teaching mode reform in treating students’ social anxiety disorder was significantly higher than that of mathematics teaching mode reform, and the difference was statistically significant (RR=1 26, 95% CI=1.07-1 49, P=0.006).

Social anxiety disorder is an important factor that affects the speed of college students’ adaptation to new environments, and effective methods and timely intervention and treatment are urgently needed. The research on the intervention effect of the reform of university mathematics teaching mode on students’ social anxiety disorder is of great significance for the social development of college students.

Anxiety disorder, also known as anxiety neurosis, is a common neurological disorder in clinical practice, characterized by anxiety, and can be divided into two forms: generalized anxiety and panic attacks. With the continuous development of society, college students are facing pressure from various aspects such as family, school, and society, and the phenomenon of suffering from anxiety disorder is becoming increasingly common.

The study used computer searches on databases such as Pub Med, EMBase, and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database to obtain treatment data on anxiety disorders among college students. Thirty college students with anxiety disorder were selected and divided into a percussion teaching group, a placebo resistance group, and a control group for a two-month experiment, using Rev Man 5 20 software to perform a meta-analysis on various indicators.

According to the results of the meta-analysis, the effectiveness of percussion teaching in treating anxiety disorder in students is equivalent to that of a placebo, with no statistically significant difference (RR=0 97,95% CI=0. 90-1 05, P=0.5). Significantly higher than the lack of mathematical teaching model reform, with a statistically significant difference (RR=1 26,95% CI=1.07-1 49, P=0.006).

College students’ anxiety disorder is an important factor affecting their mental health, and effective measures and timely intervention and treatment are urgently needed. Based on the perspective of healthy personality cultivation, the study of the impact of percussion teaching on college students’ anxiety disorder is of great significance for the comprehensive development of college students’ physical and mental health.

This study examines the influence of optimized aviation service education integrated with psychological education on social anxiety disorders among cabin crew members. Social anxiety disorders are prevalent among individuals working in high-demand social interaction professions, such as cabin crew members, and interventions targeting these disorders are crucial for their well-being.

The study involved a sample of 150 cabin crew members, aged 25 to 35, from a major airline. Participants were randomly assigned to two groups: the experimental group (n=75) and the control group (n=75). The experimental group received optimized aviation service education integrated with psychological education, while the control group received standard aviation service education. The Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM) were used to assess social anxiety levels before and after the intervention. The intervention was conducted over six months, with weekly sessions of optimized education for the experimental group.

Analysis using SPSS23.0 showed that the experimental group demonstrated a significant reduction in social anxiety levels compared to the control group (P<0.001). The experimental group experienced an average decrease of 55% in social anxiety symptoms, indicating the positive impact of optimized aviation service education integrated with psychological education on social anxiety disorders among cabin crew members.

Incorporating psychoeducation into aviation service education can effectively alleviate social anxiety disorder in flight crews. Optimized educational methods produce better outcomes than standard education alone. Implementing this integrated intervention can greatly support the mental health of cabin crew and contribute to improved performance and passenger satisfaction.

This study examines the impact of ethnic music culture inheritance and music education on anxiety levels among college students. Anxiety is a prevalent issue affecting college students. Exploring the potential influence of ethnic music culture and music education could provide insights into effective interventions to address anxiety among this population.

The study involved a sample of 200 college students from different ethnic backgrounds, aged 18 to 25, studying at a university. Participants were divided into two groups: the experimental group (n=100) and the control group (n=100). The experimental group received ethnic music culture inheritance classes and music education programs, while the control group proceeded with their regular curriculum. Assessments of anxiety levels were conducted using standardized psychological scales, including the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS). The intervention period lasted for one academic semester.

Analysis using SPSS23.0 showed that the experimental group, which received ethnic music culture inheritance and music education, exhibited significantly lower anxiety levels compared to the control group (P<0.001). Both the STAI and DASS scores demonstrated a 30% reduction in anxiety symptoms among the experimental group, indicating the positive impact of ethnic music culture inheritance and music education on reducing anxiety among college students.

The results show that incorporating ethnic music cultural inheritance and music education into university curricula can effectively reduce students’ anxiety levels. The integration of cultural elements and music education not only promotes the preservation of national music culture but also contributes to the mental health of students.

Social anxiety often poses challenges for students majoring in marketing, as social interaction is a requirement for marketing majors. Understanding the potential effectiveness of cognitive behavioral group counseling in addressing social anxiety disorders is crucial for developing appropriate intervention measures.

The study comprised a sample of 120 marketing major students aged 20 to 25 from a university. Participants were randomly assigned to either the experimental group (n=60) or the control group (n=60). The experimental group received cognitive-behavioral group counseling sessions, focusing on cognitive restructuring and social skills training, while the control group did not receive any specific intervention. Standardized psychological measures were used to assess anxiety levels in both groups. The intervention period lasted for three months, with weekly group counseling sessions designed for the experimental group.

The data analysis indicated that the experimental group, which received cognitive-behavioral group counseling, showed a significant reduction in social anxiety levels compared to the control group (P<0.001). This finding suggests that cognitive-behavioral group counseling has a positive impact on reducing social anxiety disorders among marketing major students.

Cognitive behavior group counseling is an effective intervention measure to address social anxiety disorders among marketing students. Combining cognitive restructuring and social skills training in counseling courses to provide students with skills to manage and overcome social anxiety symptoms. Implementing cognitive behavior group counseling as a positive measure can enhance the psychological health of marketing students and enhance their ability to handle social interactions.

Bipolar disorder is an emotional disorder with complex clinical manifestations. Patients may experience irregular and repetitive emotions, as well as various symptoms of disorder and mental illness. In addition, bidirectional affective disorder has been a common psychological disorder among students in recent years. With the development of society, higher education management and health education are gradually being valued, and some universities are already exploring innovative models of higher education management and health education.

To analyze the impact of university education management integrated with health education on students with bidirectional disabilities, this study selected 60 students with bidirectional disabilities from a certain university and divided them into two groups: an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group only received olanzapine medication treatment, while the observation group received university education and health education based on medication treatment. The treatment period for both groups was 6 weeks. The analysis tools selected for the study include the Self Rating Depression Scale, Yang’s Mania Scale, Quality of Life Scale, and SPSS23.0.

The research results showed that after treatment, there was a significant decrease in depression and manic scores in both groups of patients, and the observation group showed the highest decrease (P<0.05). In addition, after treatment, the quality-of-life scale scores of both groups of patients showed a significant increase, and the observation group showed the highest increase (P<0.05).

From this, the combination of higher education management and health education is beneficial for the recovery of students with bidirectional disabilities.

A borderline personality disorder is a common personality disorder characterized by unstable emotions, interpersonal relationships, and behavior. In addition, there are many causes of borderline personality disorder, including genetic factors, biochemical factors, and psychosocial factors. At the same time, prolonged work is also one of the causes of borderline personality disorder.

100 building workers with BPD in a certain area were selected as participants in this study and divided into two groups, the observation group, and the control group, with 50 cases in each group, to analyze the impact of prolonged work on borderline personality disorder (BPD) among construction workers. Both groups received medication for basic treatment. In addition, patients in the control group only need to work for a fixed time, 8 hours a day, and weekends are off. The observation group’s patient needs to work for a long time, 15 hours a day and has a weekend off. The treatment period for both groups of patients is one month. The analysis tools used in the study include the Hamilton Depression Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Personality Diagnosis Questionnaire Edge Scale, and SPSS23.0.

The results showed that after treatment, the marginal symptom score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two (P<0.05). After treatment, the depression and anxiety scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two was significant (P<0.05).

Depression is a type of mental disorder, and patients with it often exhibit symptoms such as low mood, delayed thinking, and fatigue. With the development of society, the incidence rate of depression is also gradually increasing, however, the pathogenesis of the disease has not yet been clear.

To analyze the impact of integrating visual communication technology from the perspective of film communication on the mental health of depression patients, 100 depression patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the research group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group. Both groups used medication for basic treatment. In addition, patients in the control group underwent regular movie viewing twice a week. The patients in the research group underwent movie viewing that incorporates visual communication technology twice a week. The treatment period for both groups of patients was 4 weeks. The analysis tools used in the study include the Hamilton Depression Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Scale, and SPSS23.0.

The results showed that after treatment, the depression and anxiety scores of the study group patients showed a significant decrease (P<0.05), and there was a significant difference compared to the pre-treatment scores. In addition, the physical health, mental health, and social function scores of the study group patients showed a significant increase (P<0.05), and there was a significant difference compared to the pre-treatment scores.

The integration of visual communication technology from the perspective of film communication is beneficial for the mental health of patients with depression.

The negative emotions of anxiety can cause a decrease in the body’s immune system, and endocrine disorders, and lead to cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, improving psychological anxiety is of great necessity in the current social context.

To explore the impact of visual art on psychological anxiety in the design of film and television animation scenes, 286 random platelet donors were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group. The observation group watched the selected film and television animations during platelet donation, while the control group did not watch the images. During the donation process, the anxiety scores of the two groups were recorded using the State Anxiety Inventory (SAI), and the heart rate and pain values of the two groups were recorded using a desktop sphygmomanometer and a linear visual analog scale (VAS).

There was no significant difference in physiological and psychological indicators among the control group, with an anxiety score of (42.02 ± 0.40) kPa, a heart rate of (72.46 ± 8.13) beats/min, and a pain score of (2.35 ± 0.66) points. The anxiety score of the observation group was (35.49 ± 7.67) kPa, the heart rate was (70.67 ± 8.46) beats/min, and the pain score was (1.98 ± 2.64) points.

The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Therefore, visual art in film and television animation scene design has a positive impact on psychological anxiety.

The anxiety disorder among students in modern public space design has become a common phenomenon, which can affect their learning efficiency and life health. Therefore, it is necessary to study the theoretical basis of environmental psychology on the relationship between environment and anxiety and explore the impact of humanistic environmental landscape design on modern public space design students’ anxiety disorders from the perspective of psychology.

The study used a questionnaire survey method to collect environmental factors that trigger students’ anxiety and obtained a ranking of the importance of environmental factors through quantitative analysis. The impact of environmental characteristics such as physical environment, visual landscape, and spatial scale of buildings on students’ anxiety disorders was analyzed through on-site research. The effectiveness of humanistic environmental landscape design from the perspective of psychology was tested using the Svell building ventilation software in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Simultaneously using the State Anxiety Inventory (SAI) to detect students’ anxiety.

From the perspective of psychology, the humanistic concept of odor, ventilation, and heat and humidity has been optimized and designed to create a spatial environment conducive to alleviating students’ anxiety. It can effectively reduce anxiety caused by poor ventilation and prevent aggravation of anxiety due to high humidity and odors.

The humanistic concept of environmental landscape design from the perspective of psychology has a positive impact on students’ anxiety disorders in modern public space design.
